What We Do

Created from a love of all things music and merchandise, we are Merch Stall, a specialist in producing and providing quality screen printed clothing and merchandise for bands, brands, events and more.

Our team, with years of experience in the industry, can print onto almost any garment, with a huge range of fantastic products available. We have a range of eco-friendly and sustainable garments that we would recommend for embroidery and printing.

We have embraced eco-friendly and ethical print processes as part of the core of our business, from offering sustainable garments to using waterbased inks. It’s important to us that we do everything that we can to minimise our impact on the environment.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing method that lends itself well to larger designs and larger orders. We use waterbased ink as it is eco-friendly and generally gives a softer hand feel finish to the garment. We use two types of waterbased ink that are eco-friendly: standard waterbased ink and waterbased rubber ink.

Direct to Film Printing

Similar to screen printing, Direct to Film printing is a good method of printing for larger designs with more complexity. It is an ideal print method for designs with lots of colours and gradients. The designs are printed straight onto a specialist film which can then be printed onto garments.

Embroidery

Another popular method of branding, embroidery involves specialist machinery that stitches a digitized logo onto garments. With years of experience in the industry, we work closely with our customers to help them convert their logo into fantastic embroidered designs. Samples are provided.

Re-Labelling

Have your own clothing brand that needs your own labels adding into the garments? This is something we can help with by switching out the garment brand labels and replacing them with labels from your brand. Labels are usually placed on the neckline but we have options of additional placements for extra branding touches.

Care Labels

We have a couple of options available for the care labels we can supply. They can either be a separate label that is stitched in to the neckline on your garments or printed in the back in the same position. Care labels often feature size information and we can include key brand elements such as logos and taglines for brand continuity.

Folding & Bagging

As part of our services, we offer the option of garments being folded and bagged up in Polybags that are recyclable with optional bag labels. This offers the garments protection whilst providing a professional finish, making it easier to identify different sized garments and providing a retail ready finish.
